K or good quality HD content, and setting the Motionflow processing to Custom with the Smoothness and Clearness elements both set to level two. Be warned, though using Motionflow in its Custom mode does cause the picture to lose brightness it must be based on the Clear Motionflow mode, which has the same dimming effect. So if youre not in a pretty dark room then you may have to turn off motion processing entirely, or else leave it set to Standard.
